Poulet @ Westgate

Feeling hungry when shopping at Westgate while browsing at which restaurant to dine, and saw this restaurant name Poulét so decide to give it try.

Poulét is one of the latest French casual dining in Singapore.

As usual, everywhere is long queue during dinner time.

The open concept kitchen.

The Menu

Prawn Fritters - S$7.80

Fried Prawn Fritters served with Sweet and Spicy Sauce.

Country Side Mushroom Soup - S$5.80

Braise de Canard - S$15.80

Braised Duck Leg in Sweet Wine Sauce on Baby Spinach topped with Cranberry and Glazed Shallot. The meat was tender and taste good.

Poulét Roti - S$S$15.80 for half

The restaurant signature dish. Poulét, pronounced "poo-lay", means chicken in French. The chicken is brined for a full day in a traditional recipe then placed in the rotisserie for a slow roast until the skin tans to a golden brown. They also added their homemade Mushroom Chardonnay Sauce.

Overall, Poulét is an affordable french restaurant that serves portions that are just right.
